Update: In this time of uncertainty and worry surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Image Salon remains committed to the health, safety and overall wellbeing of our Image Salon family including stylists and clients. Please know we at Image Salon are taking steps to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our facility in a community we are honored to serve. What we’re doing:... Closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Educating our employees on preventative measures provided by the CDC. Our salon is undergoing a thorough deep cleaning & disinfecting prior to opening each day and continuing throughout each and every day. The restrooms, shampoo bowls, lobby chairs, styling chairs, styling stations, front desk, all public access areas, keypads, doorknobs, handles and all touch points will receive hourly disinfecting cleaning. We will be cleaning cutting capes after each client. And as always our combs, brushes and cutting utensils are thoroughly cleaned and disinfect after each client. We also wash our hands continuously. We will be spreading out appointments to minimize overcrowding. What we encourage our clients to do: Take appropriate hygiene measure including washing hands frequently, avoiding close contact with people who are sick, stay home if you are ill. And continue to visit our salon for your hair care needs. We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. UPDATE: We are taking things day by day at the salon with how we need to handle things. We are following all suggestions by the CDC. Extra precaution will be taken in the next few weeks to follow. Obviously we do not get paid if we do not have clients, but at the end of the day everyone’s health is more important. We know that school is out, and we realize you may not have anywhere for your children to go. Bringing them is acceptable, however if you do have childcare PLEASE c...ome to your appointment alone. This also includes bringing friends/spouses/family members. This will help reduce the people in the salon at one time. If you show up with sick symptoms, we will kindly reschedule you. Please know we are not being harsh, just trying to protect everyone. Thank you so much for understanding! Remember to trust in our God, do not be afraid! This will pass. See more
