@Allstate......please have someone other then your Macon center contact me. I am still waiting on an official denial letter for over 4 weeks. I would like to be able to take your false denial of my claim to an attorney to file a Civil Remedy Complaint.

@Allstate, I am sure your CEO Thomas J. Wilson would not like the way this claim is being handled. Having the same group of people contact me regarding a complaint on them probably was not the smartest thing. @Allstate is just proven my point of their poor service. I just received a call from Shaniqua Davis, Claims Manager, regarding my last social media post on Facebook and Twitter. I asked if she could return the call in about five minutes due to me transporting a pas...senger in my vehicle. She insisted on having the call right then and again she was totally useless. Mrs. Davis tried to reaffirm that my loss revenue claim would not be paid. She even throw her own adjuster, Stephani Simmons, under the bus stating that she was misinformed and never should have been working on my claim. She stated that Ms. Simmons had been retrained. I hope the Ms. Davis herself was retrained as she had been working on the claim along with Stephani Simmons. I let her know I do not agree with their denial of my claim and asked again for 7th time for them to provide me with a official denial letter siting Georgia Statue or their policy terms that would allow them to deny my claim. I was only sent a generic letter from Stephani Simmons saying the claim was denied with no reason as to why which I am sure Shaniqua Davis approved her sending. You just can't say, we paid you the value of your totaled vehicle so we don't have to pay your loss revenue. Just as I advised Allen Waters, Regional Lead Adjuster, for every case he sends me that claim was not paid, I can find another that show the clam was paid. Futhermore, neither of the two cases [(1) Knight v. Stevens, 173 GA. App. 359 (326 S.E.2d 494) (1985) and (2) Davis v. Sotomayer, 149 Ga. App. 224 (253 SE2d 782) (1979)] you emailed me pertains to the same situation as my claim. My claim is for Business Loss Revenue. The 1st refers to replacement cost of a tractor trailer and the 2nd refers to recovery for loss of use of a personal vehicle. Again, Allen Waters and Shaniqua Davis are just mad I filed a complaint against them for dragging their feet on completing my claim. They were actively working on the claim until I filed the complaint. Then and only then was the claim denied.

@Allstate claims you are in good hands with them. This is totally a lie if you are involved in an accident at the fault of one of their Insured. I own a small transportation business where one of my drivers and vehicles were involved in an accident caused by Michael A. Garcia in Lawrenceville GA. The vehicle was totaled, and driver hurt. We were down a vehicle and driver for 8 weeks. We had significant Revenue Loss due to situation. Dealing with the @Allstate Macon GA A...djuster center has been the worst experience ever. Allen Waters, Regional Claims Leader (Macon GA); Shaniqua Waters, Claims Manager; Stephani Simmons, Claims Adjuster and Kristy- CRS288, Customer Resolution Specialist Allstate Brand Operations Escalation Services have been the worse group of individuals to work with at Allstate. They were giving me the run around for several weeks, so I filed a complaint (Case # 555239901) with @GA_DOI Georgia Department of Insurance. The Department of Insurance and the case manager, Aloza Bennett, were absolutely useless. Suddenly after the complaint was filed, Mr. Allen Waters states because they paid for the totaled vehicle, they do not have to pay any Loss Revenue claim. This is a bunch of nonsense and he is mad that I filed a complaint against his team. I have asked multiple times for him and/or his staff to provide me the Georgia Statue he is using to base his denial of our Loss Revenue claim. As of this post, I still have not received this information. Mr. Allen Waters states he had been doing his job for over 20 years and knows what he is talking about. @Allstate needs to train Mr. Allen Water that he is required to provide the statue he is bases his denial with. It is simple. @Allstate needs to pay my Loss Revenue Claim that their company is responsible for. I have provided all information requested by the claims adjustor and this matter should have been resolved weeks ago. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND @ALLSTATE TO ANYONE!!!!!!
