On Monday, March 16, in response to guidance for public health from the Centers for Disease Control, Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock issued an order banning public gatherings of 50 people or more, as well as the closure of all restaurants and bars for indoor dining, allowing only for carryout and delivery. The restrictions and closures will remain in effect until May 11, 2020. Due to these restrictions and closures, ITRA has canceled the 2020 Mid-Year Conference scheduled for... April 26-28 in Denver. To all registered members, any fees paid for the conference and/or Rockies tickets will be refunded in the manner that the payment was originally made, as soon as commercially practical. We strongly encourage you to cancel any room reservations at the Hilton Denver City Center as soon as possible.
