Good morning I offer online booking for convenience to you and me. If you are booking online, please make sure you are also confirming online when it reminds you. If your appointment isn’t confirmed the day before by midnight it does cancel and open that availability to others. I picked Square online booking because it basically serves as my assistant, it does a great job. It will worry the mess out of you confirming your appointment, so if you aren’t showing up or miss it, I can surely speak for square. It does it’s job and so many clients love it’s consistency.
