Our FIRST collaboration Collaboration days are a little easier when it’s almost like a normal day at the office! We started working @variantbrewingcompany after leaving @mondaynight in 2018 to pursue opening a place of our own. We expected to only work there for a year or two, but boy were we wrong! ... Regardless, the Variant team was kind enough to foster us until we found our forever home Our time at Variant is coming to an end in a couple of weeks, so it made sense that our send off would be a collaboration beer. We are forever grateful for the Variant crew and how flexible and accommodating they were in our endeavor in manifesting Inner Voice. Hope you aren’t afraid of heights little guy! Our glycol chiller was VERY nervous about going up in the roof, but they stuck the landing! After years of field research, we have determined that beer is best consumed COLD. Our little glycol chiller will do just that, keep our precious beer COLD!! ... Any thoughts on names?

Rome was NOT built in a day!! In fact, Rome was technically founded in the 8th century BC, BUT, they didn’t really get fully charged up and on a roll until around A.D. 117! According to our abacus, that’s around 900 years! While we’re not planning on becoming one of the largest, most powerful empires in the ancient world, this is proof that things this monumental take time! ...
