Congrats to our Gritty Person of the Week, Morgan Boes, Account Manager, Columbus! Morgan is right in the MIDDLE of her Grit story. We often do pay attention when someone is in the middle of their journey to success. Their leader certainly does, and maybe a few close people around who see the long hours and the grind. Morgan is a new Account Manager trying to establish herself amidst an economic pandemic. That kind of hustle isn’t for the faint of heart. Morgan sat down with ...her Sales Manager and her AM mentor (Jen Craig and Maite Schloesser) and put together a game plan to not only get through this time, but to come out stronger on the other side. Now in Q3, thanks to staying the course and not giving up, Morgan is soon to be over her growth line and is running with a whole new confidence in herself and her goals. So where are you on your Grit Story? Are you right in the middle? Are you about to start? Do you need to start? If you’re in it, stay in it.
