Fewer than 5% of churches in the US have a reproducing disciple-making culture. This new report is devastating. ( But not surprising) It reveals just how ineffective we have become and just how far we have moved away from the essentials. None of us should go another week without fervently praying and investing significant time into rethinking how and why we are doing what we are currently doing in our churches and ministries. ... If we don’t reconnect to the core mission of the church (which still is making disciples of nations and not just drawing a Sunday crowd) then we are dooming generations to come.

Conquering King! The One who went into the grave as our Sin-Bearer but who came out of the grave 3 days later as our Life-Giver! The First of the New Race. The 2nd Man! First-Born from the dead. The Dawn of the New Creation. The Eruption of New Life! This Man, this Resurrected Man is the Vanquisher of Satan! The Defeater of Death! The Redeemer Lives! Real Love, Life,and Immortality brought into Light for us all. If we were co-crucified and we were co-buried with Him in unio...n together, then we are also CO-RAISED in triumph with Him! Old things passed away and the NEW has come. I believe in the resurrection of Jesus! I also believe that when He was raised up so was I! So were you! We sing and dance over death with joy because the grave could not hold Him down! There is no pit too deep, no sin too strong, no disease too incurable, and no problem too great that God's love, power and goodness cannot lift us out of. There is now a new hope for humanity. We share a new union with God through "The God-Man". We serve, sing, worship, live, and love in light of an empty tomb! Where this God-Man goes, we go. Where He is , we are! Raised with Him! He in us and us in Him! Union secured. Redemption purchased. All our enemies defeated. Joy and life everlasting! Praise the One who raised this life up from the dead!

( Galatians 5:22,23) For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. ( 2 Timothy 1:7) Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. ( Philippians 4:6) You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace ( Shalom- Health, wholeness) whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You. ( Isaiah 26:3) Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. ( 3 John 2)
