Intown Wholesale Nursery 04.11.2020

I would like to make our policy on retail/public/homeowners shopping Monday - Friday and our warrantee/guarantee policy clear to all. We are a wholesale nursery focused on selling to the trade. We are not staffed properly to give the customer support we pride ourselves on to the public during our regular business hours Monday - Friday. We are open on Saturday in the Spring and Fall specifically for the public from 8am-noon, and welcome your questions and will assist you in y...our landscape projects as much as possible. If someone not in the trade comes in during the week, we will try to help, but our trade customers, unloading and loading trucks and such must come first. If you come in during the week expecting more, we apologize in advance because we most likely will not have the time to help you properly. Often times we do help people during the week if they come in with an understanding attitude and they know what they need or have sent in a list and have arranged a time to pick up. Don’t get me wrong, we appreciate the relationships we have built throughout the years with the public and the families in our community, and will continue to do so for years to come. Regarding guarantees and warranties. As a wholesale business, we guarantee that the plants we sell are healthy, meet industry standards and are in sellable condition upon purchase unless otherwise explained. With that said, there are no warranties on our plants. If we had warranties, the public would not have the benefit of receiving our wholesale list pricing. In the event a plant dies and you believe that it was properly planted and cared for, please feel free contact us so we can evaluate the issue and come up with a mutually beneficial resolution. I hope this clears up any misconception of our hours, policies and such. The executive management team has always had an open door attitude and welcome any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you, Virginia

Wednesday afternoon, Governor Kemp declared that he would sign an Executive Order for a state-wide 'shelter-in-place' to take effect on Friday, April 3, 2020, and end on Monday, April 13, 2020. Our industry members have shared their numerous sincere concerns about the impacts of the Executive Order on our businesses, employees, and customers. We are pleased to announce that the Green Industry in Georgia remains essential under the Governor's Executive Order, which includes th...e adoption of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security CISA Guidelines issued on March 19, 2020, and revised on March 28, 2020. While our work is truly essential to the health and happiness of every Georgian, we urge all of our Green Industry Businesses to take EVERY necessary step to protect our employees and customers from spreading the virus. Please follow all CDC guidelines for social distancing, practice good hygiene, and avoid direct contact with others. While these sacrifices may seem steep, they are relatively small when we consider the greater good. We must remember, we have been given the most excellent opportunity to work and grow together as we face an conquer the challenges before us.

Hello Delaware Valley!

Intown Wholesale Nursery 23.07.2020

UPDATE... Earlier this week, we discussed whether or not to close, weighing in on what was best for the public and our team. Ultimately on Tuesday, we decided to close now that we have had 24 hours to sleep on it and do a bit more research about our industry, we have reconsidered our decision. We have decided to stay open with limited hours and limited people being let into the gates at our discretion.... 1. Limited hours Monday Saturday 8am noon. By appointment only Monday Friday noon-4pm. 2. We encourage phone and email orders, we will take payment over the phone, and wave any credit card fees along with delivery fees. We are doing our best to promote positive thinking along with as much normalcy as possible in these challenging times, while adhering to strict sanitary guideline, staying safe and keeping you and our team healthy. Thank you, and Stay Safe Virginia & Jared
