SPECIAL FUND RAISER ANNOUNCEMENT: We are honored to be able to host a special event to help our brother in blue, Jonathan Segars. Please help us share this far... and wide as it is a statewide Georgia event to help raise funds to help with mounting medical and daily life bills. As many know, Jonathan Segars is one of our Deputies, our brother, and he was injured while in a motorcycle ride to help another. He truly has a servant heart and while we know he has a long road of recovery ahead, we also know that with God all things are possible and we are trusting Him for Jonathan to have a full recovery and to help us with this fund raiser to continue to help Jonathan and his precious family (our extended family). So, what are we doing? A hunting contest that will run for the duration of the normal Georgia firearm season. October 17, 2020 through January 10, 2021! We will have three (3) divisions; a youth division, a ladies division and an adult male division. There will be a free taxidermy mount and hunting weapon given to the winner that harvests the highest gross scored buck in each category!!! $100.00 entry is all it takes to enter! That is a $100.00 entry fee for a chance at a prize valued at almost $1,000.00 total! And, we will have several other door prizes etc that will be included with your entry. And, we may even have other fund raisers that accompany this contest. All state hunting laws must be followed. Follow all directions on the flyer attached. If anyone knows who this sweet boy belongs to please let me know. He showed up to our house on Apple Pie Ridge Rd in Alto around 10 am Saturday morning. He has a collar with no tag, flea collar and only 3 legs. He is not microchipped.
