Dear valued patients, We have had a lot of calls recently asking if we are still open for business. The state of South Carolina and Georgia has deemed chiropractic providers an essential business. You are allowed and encouraged to keep medical appointments at this time. Our massage services will be closed for the mandated period of time. We want to reinterate some of the things that we continue to do to provide the safest environment for everyone.... We have eliminated all touch screen and sign in procedures. In most cases patients enter the building and go directly the the treatment room without contacting anything. We have also implemented an advanced Epay feature for our offices. Payments for services and bills can/will be sent directly to you via email and text. Payments can be made right on your phone or computer. This will prevent further contact by transfering credit cards, cash and checks. We are scheduling more time between patients to prevent overlap in the office. In fact, we can accomodate any patient to be the only one in the office for their visit if needed. We have also allowed for a virtual waiting room, patient are able to call when arriving to make sure the doctor is ready before they enter the office. Patients can always schedule and request appointments online as needed. All surfaces, handles and tables coming into contact with any patient will be disinfected before and after any use. If anyone is experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms we will ask that you stay home and consult with your primary care physician. It is important to know that during this time we have not and will not treat anyone in our office with any of these symptoms. As a health care facility we strive to provide the safest environment for everyone including ourselves and our families. I know a lot of small business are struggling right now and as a family run small business we look to support everyone through this time, however long it lasts. We wish everyone well, and will keep you updated as needed.
