It's with a very sad heart that we say goodbye to very special woman. Ms Peggy Trainor lost her fight after 3 weeks with this virus. She has been a loyal customer and friend to Islands Pet Centre for many years. She will be missed by all of us. RIP. Ms Trainor. Take your place in heaven. ( P.S.none of our staff has been exposed)

Happy 4th of July. We will be closed July 3rd and 4th for the holiday. We will re-open Tuesday July 7th . Hope everyone enjoys their celebrations. And all our puppers stay safe.

I didn't think I would have to say this. But please dont come and tap on our window. Because our lobby is closed. It disturbs the dogs. And takes our attention away from them. This is when accidents can happen. I dont want to explain to someone that their dog was injured . Because someone is impatient. Thank you. We are doing our best to do what we can do. In this pandemic. And have lots of senior and immune compromised clients. We take their safety and our own seriously.

We are in the process of reopening. We are currently calling those who had an appointment prior to our closing. Please be patient. We will get to our messages soon . Our lobby is closed. Due to the Governors shelter in place order. We have to close our shop. We will open as soon as we are allowed to. Please check here for updates on when we are expecting to open . In the wake of this pandemic. We are offering curb side. Please allow us more time to get your dogs groomed. And be here at your schedule time. And would like our customers to call for nail trims please

We have decided to postpone Sundays Adoption event. It would be totally irresponsible of us to ask people to come out right now. We are open for business as long as it is safe for us to do so. We are taking extra precautions. And bleaching the shop and common areas every night. If you have to cancel we totally understand. And beg you to be mindful of other customers if you are not feeling well. Please keep in mind that people are now surrendering their pets. More then usual. And our local humane society , rescues and animal control are over already overwhelmed. And can use your support in these times too. Thank You. And everyone and their pets. Please stay safe.
