Our take on online reviews... Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Italia Furniture delivered goods to over 2,000 homes in 2020. So many wonderful customers supported our small business during a time of great uncertainty.... Italia Furniture is truly grateful for all of our customers, and we cherish the countless relationships we build, sometimes over decades. However, we do get the occasional one star review, and our response to those reviews is that we can't always accommodate everyone. These reviews are single sided voices (often unintelligible) that overlooks the work we've tried to satisfy these customers. It also ignores the thousands of customers who, since 1994, continue to have positive experiences with our products and services. We do our best to satisfy our customers. We do what's right. We do what's fair and honest. We do our best to treat all customers with respect and dignity. These tenants are the key to our 27 years of continued success and growth. Sincerely, Italia Furniture

Italia Furniture tentatively plans to return to regular operation on May 1, 2020. Until then, our offices will be open on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.
