Love is really just a word until someone very special comes along and gives it that special meaning. We love hearing our couples' love stories from the moment they met, to their proposal story and now to us helping them plan the wedding of their dreams. One that will communicate the everlasting love that our couples have for each other.

Is it worth the extra hours and charges to have your photographer there early while you get ready? 1,000% YES. Some of the most fun, most special, most moving, and most genuine moments happen BEFORE you're actually completely "photo-ready" They don't need to be there when you wake at the crack of dawn to start hair and makeup, BUT have them come for the last hour of time before you get your dress or suit on. ... TRUST ME. Catching those special moments with your girls or guys creates lasting memories you can talk about years down the line. Pros and those already married is it worth it??"

Corona may be working hard but we are working harder You might have 2022 in your mind as the ideal wedding date, so that means the planning can start to happen now! Corona has thrown us some curveballs (I'm talking we planned a wedding in 1 month!) So this isn't to say last minute changes in wedding plans turn out for the worse, we definitely pulled together a beautiful wedding the couple loved more than their original plans. But the earlier you get ont...o it, the easier, and less stressful it will be as your day approaches. Having a clear plan before you start will help you keep on top of everything and be sure that you don’t forget something important. Budget, rough guest list numbers, and a date should always be your first three things! Click the link in the bio for more information on how we can help plan the wedding of your dreams!

Downsizing to a micro wedding/elopement? We saw it a lot in 2020 and we will continue to see it throughout this year, engaged couples thrown through the wringer of deciding to postpone or not. Then if they do, deciding if they wait to have everything or do something intimate NOW with their closest family and friends so they can be married already. Even further, does that mean you're just... on your own? Left to figure out if you have everything you need set and ready... to go? IT SURE DOESN'T HAVE TO. Strategizing, getting organized, and walking through your plans to make sure you're not missing something big. You don't have to do it alone, friends! 2020 was a great year here at ITWE and we are excited to help you with your 2021 and 2022 wedding plans!

Not sure who to invite to the rehearsal dinner? Traditionally, rehearsal dinners have been reserved for the immediate family, wedding party and out of town guests. However, with travel becoming more affordable, your guest list can grow quickly. If you're not careful, your rehearsal can turn into a separate event all together! To avoid this, keep the rehearsal dinner personal to honor your wedding party and family. You can always plan a restaurant night elsewhere for all the other out of town guest. This is an special little extra thing you can do to show them how grateful you are that they traveled to be at your wedding!

All black, everything! Besides the bridal gown, of course. We will never forget the first meeting with Aramis and Candance. They were adamant on a sleek, chic, formal black-tie event for their celebration. All guests were instructed to wear black, no exemption. Even all the bridesmaids were fitted into gorgeous black gowns. Aramis a...nd Candance wanted to make sure people were having a good time and they customized the bar to fit their crowd. Another important factor for them was timing and not running behind schedule- that made our hearts sing. Staying on time is a crucial task as that is what planning is for! Check the blog post about Armis and Candance's wedding details on our website! Will you have a color dress code at your wedding? Photography: @fotosbyfola Design & Decor: @tintedeventdesigns

It's #menmakedinnerday some experts believe there's a sixth love language food. Food incorporates all of the other five languages and all five senses. It's a very powerful way of creating a connection and expressing love to your significant other! Grooms, have you thought to make your bride a nice dinner during the wedding planning time? What is your favorite thing to cook for your fiancé?

More often than you would think it slips the minds of the couple and bridal party to make arrangements for lunch on the wedding day. You could consider assinging a packed lunch (or takeout) to a family memeber so that you can be assured no one will be arriving to the ceremony famished! #sandwhichday What is your favorite sandwich? I love #publixsubs

To look or not to look?!? It has become increasingly popular for the bride and groom to have their first look photos before the wedding. Others like keeping it traditional! If you plan on a first look, be sure to chat in advance with your photographer and find some deserving spaces for your first look to be photographed. To make for a more intimate experience, look for beautiful doors, imaginative spaces, and private locations. Photo: @andrebrownphoto

When do you fit your invites to your wedding into your timeline? Ideally, at least 4 months before your big day is when you should place yourorder (5 or 6 months is even better)! This allows enough time to plan, print, assemble, address, and mail the invites at least 8 weeks before you say your "I dos." Then it allows yourgueststime to rsvp and gives you time to coordinate with the caterer!

Friends and family members want to be involved in your wedding and often want to help in some way, but finding ways to get them involved is often challenging. Here is a list of quick ways to engage someone on your wedding day: - Passing out programs or greet guests before the ceremony... (or make them an usher) - Assist in setting up in the morning or if you have taken care of the set-up, assign them something specific to a meaningful set-up, such as a memory table. -Lighting candles prior to the ceremony (if you don't have a coordinator) -Helping the bride with bustling her dress after the ceremony -Driving to pick up lunch for the wedding party as they are getting ready -Directing vehicles for parking -Transfer the ceremony furniture to the reception -Stuffing invitations with you -Managing gifts and cards and ensuring that they go home with the right individual There are so many different ways to engage your close ones on your wedding day. Don't forget to assign tasks, because they want to be included and support you! Here's to #motherinlawday

When hiring ITWE you don't have to stress about forgetting anything. But when you don’t have us here are a list of the most common things forgotten on wedding days. Make sure you SAVE this for later! Cake knife and server - see if your venue has one, you might need to bring your own Pens to sign the marriage license - your planner, coordinator or officiant may have these, but it doesn’t hurt to have your own Markers and pens to sign the guest book ... A nice hanger for your dress for photos Informing your bartenders about a champagne pour - I often see couples bring their own champagne flutes for the two of them, but they never tell their bartenders they need them filled. Most of the time your planner or coordinator will catch inform them, but sometimes we get occupied with other things. Telling family where to be and when for photos - make a list of everyone that needs to be in photos and make sure you tell each person where and when to be. Let’s hear from you! What is something you forgot on your wedding day? Or wedding vendors, what do you often see couples forget? Design by: @tinteddesign See more

Amongst all the planning, it's nice to have some time with your girls and focus on enjoying your final single days. If you are looking for some great bonding ideas, here are a few suggestions: Spa Day - A classic! If your wedding day is near, be mindful of getting new special treatments, you wouldn’t want an allergic reaction or complications. ... A Weekend Retreat - Aside from the spa, you may want to get away from reality for a weekend retreat experience. is a good bachelorette party option too. An Escape Room - This is a great experience for team building if you and your bridal party are looking for something more active and adventurous. A Paint Night - You don’t have to be a Picasso to enjoy this kind of activity. With most paint nights you can follow along with a glass of wine in hand. Don't forget to sign up for the Bridesmaid Confidential on October 27!
