A short but interesting video. We can first see a mounted military band parade. In the second part of the footage, we see soldiers coming though a river : there...fore, they remove their equipment, including the one on their horse, not to wet it. Horses have to swim next to inflatable raft, some soldiers try to ride their horse while it is swimming. The date is not mentioned, but many soldiers have a dark collar on their tunic, typical from the M36 tunic : so it is probably between 1934 and 1939, but I may be wrong.
