Make yourself a top priority. Sometimes doing so doesn’t make you a selfish person. You deserve to have me time and to put your needs first. Learn to love yourself; it’s necessary. If you neglect yourself for others’ sake and don’t replenish yourself, you won’t be any good for anybody. As the year wraps up, I hope you choose yourself and accomplish what you desire. Avoid allowing others to dictate who you are, what you stand for, or what you believe. You can be honest with yourself; you don’t need permission to be true to yourself. While no one can control all aspects of life, it’s critical to be in control of your thoughts and embrace your deepest feelings. Being self-aware of yourself and how you feel is prominent because when you are honest with yourself and what you feel, it’s easier to ignore other people’s projections, fears, and ...opinions. Know who you are so others can’t tell you who they think you are. Self-reflection should be a daily habit not to bring yourself down, but to learn and grow.
