God has a plan so they better get me while I'm down because they not going to be able to stop me when God put the master piece together. Enjoy because I will be back

October on out until death do us part, expect more pressure because I took enough time off from the gym for you all to surpass me and have a head start. And the fact that I've lost little bit of size but I 've never lost my heart and soul. Took 10 steps back just to take 100 steps forward is why I took this break. Im still a Working progress but I will succeed.

Lose it just to see if you learned how to get it all back. Allow people to see your failures to really find out who's really in your corner. Get away from the spotlight just to create your own spotlight. I needed this time to evaluate my ideas and to actually slow down. I'm not finished I just took a detour.

So if you're going through adversities God is showing you how strong you really are whether it's mentally or physically or emotionally or spiritually.
