Everyone, I feel, at some point is guilty of this,however, that lowers your reputation as a recruiter. Your manager you're hiring for, has to trust that you will bring someone in that will make their company great, not someone who will just be okay! This is an excellent video explaining this method. This is why quality is better than quantity! He also speaks about racism on the resume. What is this? Well, he says that during a research study, it showed that people with African American names had to send out 50% more resumes than resumes with Caucasian names. Both of these resumes had the same background and same skill levels....what do you think?
