Please check out this unedited version of the introduction as u know mental health and health awareness (Diabetes) are dear to my heart. Through our journey of life mines... while going through the process I saw so many holes. People say #therapy #diabetes but there's so many other levels to it. That aren't talked about. How u get there wat happens after when u have to handle it. I wanted to create or bridge that gap. Create a place where we can have real life conversation while doing my lifestyle brand thing of course. I can create you a beautiful home, wedding, a space, style u but inside. I wanted to do it for us like for the ones that had it a little harder. I look but my life has had & I am from a place where... so trust me I understand (don't want to go into it u read it on the blog. ) In our journey of growing in all aspects we always want to make sure we are taking care of ME first. U can have everything but if that weight, that mind body & soul isn't right then... providing a safe outlet where people can come to talk to learn to witness, to know it's okay to mess up ur mistakes don't make u and there not who u r. if you deal with #depression, #loneliness, #suffering in silence, having a hard #day, #week, #year, if ur feeling jus not good I couldn't really describe it. I kept saying I feel #overwhelmed waking up n tears, if u lost someone, if ur having a hard time coping. A #divorce anything. jus need to vent, laugh, #foodies a good recipe, #family... no #judgement from me never. Someone who understands, #advice I look at tv like only if they had someone that really told them the truth or guiwine u know... if u need this. then give it a chance do something for you. what do u have to lose? ESP if ur at 911. Ur not alone you don't have to put a permanent solution on a temporary situation. It brings me to tears bc I know I had a conversation w my mother bc we kinda were tricked into believing well u gotta watch and see... See more
