Today is a big day for me...not only is it my birthday but I have also officially opened my own brokerage (Sought + Found Realty)! The process has taken a couple of months, but I finally decided to take my Broker's Exam (and passed), and then filed paperwork to get my LLC setup as a real estate brokerage. All of the paperwork is now done and my setup is complete in both the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAoR) system and the Austin Board of Realtors (ABoR). ABoR has officially upgraded me to a Designated Realtor and the brokerage is now "live" on the MLS. A big "Thank You!" to my current and past clients. I look forward to providing the same top-notch service I have always provided to my clients, but now representing my own firm.
