Dear Patients, Your health and safety are our highest priority. Amid the growing concerns about COVID-19, our practice is adhering to the recommendation of the CDC and the President’s White House Coronavirus Task Force Member, Dr. Deborah L. Brix, to postpone any elective surgery through the end of March (15 days). To that end, we will only be seeing emergency patients for the next few weeks. Please call the office at (706) 367-9861 if you need emergency dental treatment. Thi...s would include any pain or swelling or anything that you would otherwise go to the ER for treatment. Our practice is taking every precaution to implement procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of patients that do come in for emergency appointments. We ask that dental patients with appointments refrain from coming in if they are experiencing: Fever Currently has a cough or shortness of breath History of significant chronic illness Compromised immune system You or a family member are considered high-risk You or a family member have traveled to a location with a level 3 travel health notice Airline travel in the past 2 weeks Previously asked to self-isolate or self-quarantine Close contact to an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 infection We will continue to closely monitor updates from the CDC, the ADA, the World Health organization and our state officials. Based on guidelines set by the CDC and the DPH, the following protocols will be implemented in our office effective immediately. Please understand our team will refrain from handshakes. We will still be welcoming patients as usual. However, if you or an immediate family member are experiencing ANY respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties, we would like to ask you to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Inform us if you have traveled out of the country recently and reschedule your appointment to ensure you are symptom free if you have traveled to a high-risk location within the last 14 days including China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam. We will continue to practice strict universal infection control protocols in our office, as we always have, for your safety. Congratulations to our hygienist , Claire, and her husband, Larry, on the birth of their daughter, sweet baby Jane. Jane was born November 18, 2019 at 9:45pm amd weighed 8lbs 5oz. Welcome to the Jefferson Premier Dental family!

We are so excited to welcome a new addition to our practice! Our sweet Hygienist Claire, is expecting a sweet baby girl in November! We loved showering her with gifts and yummy food! We cannot wait to meet this sweet baby girl!!

Dear friends and patients, please keep our very own Dr. Cleveland in your thoughts and prayers as he has a heart procedure planned for this coming Monday. We hope he has a quick recovery and we look forward to when he can return and continue to deliver excellent dental care to his patients as he has for over forty years. People ask all the time if Dr. Robinson sees children. The answer is YES!! Here he is giving his daughter, Marlie, an oral exam at just minutes old. But for most children, he starts seeing them at 3 yrs old. . Call and make an appointment. We can’t wait to meet you!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of working alongside some other dental professionals providing free dental care in my hometown of Augusta, Georgia. Thanks to all of the organizers of this well run event. I was honored to be a part of it. I was able to work on former neighbors at the same facility where I graduated high school and dental school. #GeorgiaMissionofMercy2018.
