These are crazy times we're living in, but homes continue to sell, largely because of low interest rates and low inventory in our area. Here's how home sellers can help in this time of social distancing: 1. Open all doors, cabinets, and closets before a showing. Turn on all the lights. Minimize the surface touches a buyer will need to make while viewing your home. 2. Provide hand sanitizer upon entry. 3. Wipe down/disinfect all surfaces after showings, with special attention... to doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and floors. 4. If you or someone in your household doesn’t feel well, don’t show your home.
