GEORGIA E-NOTARY ORDER UPDATE: Pursuant to Governor Kemp's executive order our office will be offering E-Notary services! But what does this mean for you? If you have a real estate closing or other real estate transaction scheduled in the near future (or would like to schedule a real estate transaction with our office), your PHYSICAL presence in our office is no longer necessary. We will have Zoom capabilities available for clients to receive and sign their documents while we act as a virtual witness!
