We got to see the home built from the ground up which is always wonderful to see that it’s built with quality! The home was inspected by the city inspector but then also we set up 2 private inspections to make sure nothing was missed. One Pre-drywall, then one week before closing. I had another buyer in the community approach me asking me if she should have done that, and I said consult your realtor! She said she didn’t have one. Ouch! Side note: the builders agent who has sold new construction for 20 years said she doesn’t understand why buyers dont come with a realtor! It really is important and free to the buyer!

Big congrats to my Seller: Matt and Tara Buehler who sold their Sugar Hill home of 16 years this past week! They moved from California and raised their family in this home. After their kids went to college, they committed to fostering and over time, fostered over 50 kids out of this home! Just so thankful for people like the Buehlers! They’re downsizing now and moving to be closer to their family and their church. They’ve passed on this beautiful home to a friendly young family who I’m sure will be blessed in this home.
