I try not to post or discuss politics in business, but this is too personal. Having gone through ivf, working with clients who have fertility problems, clients who have had to make unimaginable choices, clients who have lost pregnancies, clients who are apart of the lgbt community. I’m scared for how this nomination will impact my clients, myself, my children. I hope anyone reading this knows I am against this Amy Coney Barrett and Trump. Not to get political here, but I feel very strongly about reproductive rights and especially ivf. I have 3 kids and they are all ivf babies. Infertility is nothing to be ashamed of and can be caused for all kinds of reasons. To deny someone the rights to reproductive choices, is taking away basic human and civil rights (in my opinion). And as an ivf survivor, I know the hardships, grief, tears, financial burdens, heart break, loneliness, anger, guilt, etc associated with it. ...It was a miracle both times for me to be pregnant and I wouldn’t have the family I do without access to reproductive medical care and reproductive choices.
