As a business owner with 17 employees, last week was filled with ups and downs- unprecedented victories in the courtroom and the losses clients endure. We will remain open but will do it safely. We owe it to our clients to remain open. Their injuries don’t wait. Their child support or severe family problems don’t wait. Some sit in jail while courts have closed the doors on them. We are committed to justice. It’s not just a saying. It’s a weird time where government is beco...ming more authoritarian, while the court system is closing its doors. We are addressing each and every employee’s needs and abilities to work from home and as I said to them, they should be worried about their family and I am worried about all 17 families (and more) we support. 34 days ago, I had the honor of arguing against the horrendous $4 verdict before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Today, the Court reversed and remanded for a new trial.
