Good evening, we would like to welcome back Masters Chip and Russell back as instructors. They will teach classes generally every other Saturday. In addition, tomorrow we are hosting a weapons seminar with Sifu Edwin Cruz. Interested and would like to learn more--come by the school tomorrow starting at 10 am.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering Svaroopa yoga classes starting Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 4:30-6 pm. Svaroopa Yoga is a style of yoga that reaches into the deep layers of tension along the spine through a series of poses using props and precise alignment, decompressing the spine and bringing you into balance and harmony with your own self. The instructor is Mandy Dixon, NMT, RYT 200. Mandy discovered Svaroopa Yoga in 2003. She studied the Foundations ...of Svaroopa Yoga and became a Certified Intro Teacher (CIT) in 2006 and in 2013 she became a Certified Basics Teacher (CBT), RYT 200. In 2015 she became a Certified Embodyment Yoga Therapist (CET). She graduated from Massage Therapy School (Academy of Somatic Healing Arts, AKA "ASHA") in 2002 and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Georgia. Her Certifications in bodywork include: Neuromuscular Therapy, Integrated Sports Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy 1, and Reiki Master. She has a passion for helping her students and clients on their path to healing and well being. Students may want to come about 10 min early to set up their blankets and props and get settled in. Wear loose comfortable clothes, i.e. stretchy yoga pants or sweat pants. No past experience with yoga is required. All levels welcome. Cost-$17 drop in Class Card-$60 (4 consecutive classes ($15/class) which expires after one month) Cash, Check, or Credit Card accepted.
