6 week I-Hunch transformation!! Ms. Pat is now able to lift her head without the use of her hands! Something that became problematic in her mid 20’s is now being corrected at K2 Motions. In 6 weeks, only coming in 1x per week we have improved posture, released tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. We are moving on to our strengthen phase to continue her progress. Check back on your progress in the next several weeks! Great job Ms.Pat!... A recent study published in the journal 'Surgical Technology International' shows that when you are standing or sitting straight your head weighs, 10 to 12 lbs. on average. But if you lean 15 degrees forward, the head weight is more like 27 lbs. With a 30-degree tilt, 40 lbs. A 45-degree angle and it feels like 49 lbs.
