Happy Veteran's Day!

Southwest Christian Church constructed a new one-story facility of 27,342 square feet completed in the Summer of 2018. They commissioned K.A. Oldham Design, Inc. to assist with the selection of exterior materials and finishes, as well as the selection of interior finishes and furniture.

KAOD was commissioned to complete an interior renovation of 12,572 sf of office space within an existing structure. Renovating this space will allow their staff to better serve their clients while enhancing the working environment and health of their employees. Improvements made during the renovation included: all LED lighting, improved climate control, employee wellness center, and a new large assembly room to be used for in-house training as well as a community event space.

There are 7 design objectives we consider to create optimal solutions for our clients. We balance form and function with sustainability and safety, plus we also address other critical project considerations.

KAOD is designing a classroom prototype for the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) to be built in several locations throughout the state. The prototype features four classrooms and is designed to be easily-adapted to future sites and be constructed on a limited budget.
