I debated whether to share or not. If you're anything like me, you've tried "this" before. You've tried and probably "failed" before. You promised yourself you'd change and you'd get better at being better but somehow life gets in the way and if it doesn't you are sure to be your own obstacle. I understand that feeling. I've had a toxic relationship with food and needed to heal that relationship because, frankly, we can't live without eating lol. Lastly, my body. The very last thing I've incorporated is exercise. Motion will follow emotion so the emotion all attached was my root...exercise would then be the fruit. Prayer is my secret...God wants to give us victory, prosperity, abundance in all things if we seek Him to help us. My desire is to do things for His glory even down to how I eat. It's a serious retraining but the teacher only arrives when the student is ready.
