Leaning to eat healthy is a process, but small changes over time will add up to something massive! She didn't do that bad, but there are a few changes needed. Better choice: Organic eggs with spinach, roma tomatoes, and organic turkey breast(No lunch meat) cooked in grapeseed oil.
