If you have been downtown the past few days, you may have noticed several pieces of large paving equipment and most of the on street parking spots blocked off. ...The resurfacing of Main Street, Lewis Street, J.O. Stephenson Avenue and Lil General Cloggers Lane has started. Downtown retail and restaurants are still open; you might have to walk a little further, if you have not already, download the city app for available parking. Bring the kids, grab a bite, do some shopping and let them watch the tractors and dump trucks work..a kids dream! The City of Kennesaw Mobile App is available on both the Apple App Store & Google Play! In the meantime, expect delays in different areas on different days, there will be traffic direction provided when the resurfacing crew is active.
