NEW COVID PROTOCOL We are going to be implementing some new covid protocols effective Jan 11, 2021.... For boarding, daycare and grooming drop off and pick up we will now be curbside. When you arrive at KPC you will give the office a and let us know that you have arrived and which space you are in, they are numbered 1-6 You will remain in your and we will come to you. We are in the process of implementing a new system that will provide electronic forms, pay by text, telemedicine options and SO MUCH MORE!!!! We are very excited to be bringing VetHero to the KPC family! More information coming mid-March. For doctor appointments, we will be allowing one family member to come in with the pet as long as you are wearing a face covering. If you do not have a face covering we can provide one for you. Same check in protocol applies as above. Call us to check in and we will let you when we are ready for you to come to the door. We are continuing to wear our masks, clean regularly and have ample hand sanitizer and hand soap for our clients and employees.
