HELLO!! We have some exciting news!! We have made the decision to reopen KICKBOX Party on Monday, April 27th. There will be changes to our cleaning and sanitation procedures and our class schedule. We will be following the CDC guidelines and taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our of members and our staff. ... *Classes will be limited to 7 participants *You MUST pre register on ZenPlanner to reserve your spot. *Registration closes 4 hours prior to the class time *Classe durations will be reduced to 40 minutes to allow to time for cleaning and sanitation between classes *All participants must sanitize their hands upon entering the building Anyone who is sick OR has been around anyone that is sick should NOT COME TO THE GYM. Class Schedule Monday - 6am,8am,4pm,5pm,6pm Tuesday- 4pm,5pm Wednesday - 6am,8am,4pm,5pm,6pm Thursday - 4pm,5pm Friday - 6am,8am,4pm,5pm,6pm Saturday - 9am,11am Physical fitness and proper nutrition has been proven to strengthen our immune system! We are looking forward helping you achieve that!

Do you plank??? If you don’t you should! Trust me when I tell you that a strong core and proper movement is the FOUNDATION to prevent injury. Don’t underestimate the importance of core work. There are many many planks, Push up planks, side planks, star planks and weighted planks, just to name a few. Do yourself a favor and take time EVERYDAY to work on core stabilization.
