The candidate will make our patient experience their top priority, welcoming each patient with a smile and providing them with personalized service. You will combine in-office training, with your personal touch and past experience, to excel in the role. Job responsibilities: Present a friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays Answer incoming calls and resolve patient inquiries Qualifications: - Dental experience is a must - At least 2yrs experience in a customer service role - Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills This is a full-time position. Our office is serving our community as a host for Toys for Tots drop off location! We have received many items thus far that many children will enjoy this Christmas! If you would like to help us participate in the Toys for Tots drive this year, our drop box is located outside of our office and is available for drop off from 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday! In response to the growing concern around COVID-19, the American Dental Association has made the recommendation for dentists to limit elective dental procedures for the next 3 weeks.
