Here are a few pictures of a couple of recent installs with table style radios from Sony and Alpine. One is a Sony XAV ax8000 in a Volkswagen Tiguan and the other is an Alpine iLX F209 in a Range Rover. They both turned out great and fit perfectly.
Here are some pictures of an install we just completed in a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The customer came in asking for low end that pounds without losing any storage space and I think we delivered. Chris built a custom fiberglass enclosure that holds 3 JL 10TW3 subs and is removable to access the spare tire. For power we used a JL RD1000/1 with the LOC22. We saved the factory cover and fabricated our own with built in grills. It sounded great and looks totally stock.
Ok here we go. Alpine is officially in the building!
Really nice install we completed recently. It’s in a late model Honda Odyssey. Belongs to a longtime customer who was unhappy with the factory system. He wanted Apple CarPlay and better low end output. Unfortunately there is no dash kit/wire harness for the EX version of the van. Chris had to remold the dash to house the Pioneer AVH4400NEX wireless CarPlay deck and relocate the factory deck while extending all of the wiring. This let all of the features of the van continue to work properly. Then in the rear he installed a JL 10TW3 sub in the factory location. Great looking job and the customer got exactly what he wanted. Here are some before and after pictures.

Some pictures of a recently completed enclosure for a 2019 Ram. It holds a pair of JL 10TW3 subs and is powered by a Phoenix Gold MX 800.1 amp. The enclosure fit perfectly and still allows the use of the floor storage compartments. It sounds great and looks awesome with use of backlit plexiglass behind the logo.
A couple of installs we recently completed. Really clean 97 Chevy Silverado with some nice custom doors panels housing some JL C2 component speakers and a complete Phoenix Gold system in a Mercedes E350. Great attention to detail in the trunk.
Here are some pictures of some recent installs. A really nice enclosure in a Hellcat Redeye, super clean enclosure in a VW Beetle and a 57 Belair that Chris did a great job of fabrication building a new rear package shelf and custom kick panels. The Retrosound radio looks nice in the dash as well.
Here is a big install we completed a few weeks ago in a 2019 Jeep JL. The customers wanted it loud but he was also looking for good sound quality and imaging. We used a PAC AP4 piece to interface with the head unit along with a JL TWK 88 for eq and DSP functions. For power we used a JL XD800/8 and a XD1000/1. The 800/8 ran a set of JL C5 650 components along with an pair of Infinity 2.5 mids. We ran the front end active and used the remaining two channels to run a pair of JL C2 650 coax. As for the subs Chris built some really nice enclosures for a pair of JL 12TW3 subs. JL has a stealthbox for this Jeep but it has only had 10TW3’s and this customer wanted more. Man it pounded and the imaging was great.
Here are some pictures of a Pioneer AVIC 8400NEX we recently installed in a Ferrari 612. A beautiful car and a great job on the install. Chris had to remold the trim panel around the radio to get the fit we wanted. Turned out great!
Here are some pictures of a recently completed install in a C7 Corvette. We utilized the factory head unit using the PAC AP4-GM61. From there we used the optical output to feed a pair of the new JL Audio VXi amps, a VX600/6i to power the front stage and a VXi1000/1i to run the subs. The front speakers are the flagship JL C7 three way components which we ran fully active and for woofers we used a pair of JL 10TW3’s. The sound stage and imaging with this setup is phenomenal. As you can see the attention to detail on the install is fabulous. Another great job on the install by Chris and the guys and the customer was really thrilled with the results.
Next project in the works, C7’s in a C7. Stay tuned...Next project in the works, C7’s in a C7. Stay tuned...

Here a a couple of nice speaker installations we recently completed. The first is in a Chevy Volt with a pair of Hertz high energy 3 ways. The pictures show a before and after as Chris had the job of reworking the previous install. They turned out great. The second is in a late model Chevy Silverado with a set of Hertz Millie 3 ways. Looked factory and had great imaging.
Going through some old photo albums of installs from the 90's. Wow times have changed. Some pretty neat jobs for back then though. A concept car we did for Savannah College of Art and Design, a nice install in a Saturn (notice the motorized rear seat). Also a Trans Am with some stealth fake radio covers and a Chevy fullsize truck with 12 12's and a ton of tweed Ha... Thowback Thursday lol...
Here is a look at a recently completed install of an Escort Max Ci 360 hide a way radar detector in a new Acura NSX. This detector features front and rear radar detection as well as front and rear laser shifting. Included are some pictures of the car, the teardown to get access to run wiring and the finished area in the console where Chris custom mounted the radar display. The guys did a great job and the customer was very happy.
