We still have trees. Not many, but we still have them. If you don't have one yet, I can promise you that we have yours here. Come see us. We'll prove it. #Kimi2020

It's been a heck of a year for us all, so we get it. It's been hard to get around to do anything of consequence. But hey, we've still got wreaths and we've still got trees, from 4ft to 12ft. Come see us, and we'll make it easy on you. We'll even deliver and set it up! #kimi2020 #christmastreelot

We are always thinking about Christmas. It's kinda what we do. And do you know what we look forward to the most? Seeing all of you again, on our lot, smiling and celebrating the holiday season. This virus had us worried for a while, whether we'd get to see you again, and whether we'd be able to see your smiles underneath the masks. Thankfully, we can see a little light at the end of the tunnel. But something else has us even more worried right now. In recent days, we've seen ...division rise across our country around the question of human rights, and whether people of color face a double standard within our economy and our systems of government. Our role as a business has been to be open, welcoming, and fair with everyone who crosses our threshold, regardless of background. Our role as citizens should be no different. The politicization of these issues serves only to hinder any discussion about what is real, what is true, and what constitutes a set of solutions. We should all focus more on listening and learning than yelling and fighting. There are experiences out there that many of us cannot ever dream of having, for both good and bad. There are very real stories of privilege and injustice that we all need to hear. These stories have lessons for us all, for who we are as a country, and for the character we claim as 'American'. In our time on the lot, we hear hundreds of these stories, and we share a small part in their telling. And through this, we've realized that it is often better to focus on understanding someone else's perspective than trying to communicate our own. It is clear there are disparities in this country that drive different outcomes. It's time we ask deeper questions about the root causes of these issues, and focus together on solving for as many as we can. This becomes an 'us vs. them' only when we choose to see someone else as an 'other'. It's time we walk down this road together. In less than 6 months, we'll all be together again on our lot. Our personal challenge is to show up there as better versions of ourselves. We hope that everyone arrives more connected and compassionate then, with Covid-19 behind us, and with our future, for each and every one of us, ahead. Happy Summer to Everyone! Look for updates from the field coming soon!

Baby, it's cold outside. And rather than listen to some dude tell you why you should stay in and have another drink, why not come by Kimi Farms, where you can be outside, socially distanced, and breathe in the smells of Christmas. Also, buy a tree #teamkimi #Kimi2020

For all those that are looking, our truck was delayed due to the rain yesterday evening. We're expecting a delivery straight off the mountain around 7-7:30pm tonight. In light of the recent heat, we decided to bring loads in just in time to restock our inventory. That will have us looking a little bare for the next couple of hours, but fear not! We'll have plenty of every size once the truck is unloaded. And after than, another truck will be here in coming days, and then another, and another... We take pride in being Columbus' Christmas tree purveyor of choice, and we look forward to seeing y'all at the lot very soon!

There's a lot of emptiness right now. Businesses, public spaces, sidewalks, streets, they're all missing activity. They're all missing people. They're all missing you. It feels like a very scary time right now, but you need to remember this: the absence of people is not an absence of humanity. We're all still here. Even though you cannot see us, even though you cannot touch us, we are still here. You may feel lonely and isolated. You may feel afraid and sad. But next door, an...d just down the street, and six miles away in a neighborhood you've never known, there are people who feel the exact same way. Even alone, we're all sharing in this experience together. Remember that about your neighbors, your friends, your favorite restaurant, your favorite store, your favorite bar, your church, your school, your work. They are all still there, too, waiting for the sun to rise and the doors to open. They are waiting, like you, for the darkness to pass and for life to continue on. And for as much as you miss them, they miss you, too. Drive past our location today, and you won't see trees or wreaths or reindeer, or folks dressed in red. In fact, it's hard to tell that a Christmas tree lot was ever there. But we are still here, and we're going to get through all of this together. What matters now is that we remember one another, and we make new memories the goal that we all strive for, so that, when the time comes to turn the closed sign to open, to switch the barbershop pole back on, to sweep the doorstep, and even to unwrap the first tree, we won't take a single moment for granted, and we won't let a single hug, a single smile, or a single laugh ever go uncelebrated again. Keep on keeping on Chattahoochee Valley. We've got this, and we'll be better for it.

Well folks, now it's our turn to take on a coronavirus world and make something of it all. We'll be opening officially on Sunday, November 22nd, though we are still waiting on another shipment of trees to come in, to round out our first order. We've put a lot of thought into how best to manage things during a pandemic, and that includes inventory management, social distancing, and traffic. It's going to take a minute or two, as this is all brand new to our business, though our learning curve is moving at warp speed to accommodate all the necessary changes. Things may be a little slow at first, but bear with us; we want to keep you safe while still managing the best Christmas tree lot east of the Chattahoochee river. Looking forward to seeing you all very soon!

You've heard all over the news that supply is tight and prices are up. Well, it's true, but we've done all we can to make Kimi Farms 2019 worth your time. We're carrying balsam and noble firs, in addition to frasers, from 3ft to 12ft. And while the season is shorter this year, we HIGHLY recommend keeping your trees in water, as the long, hot fall was as much of a bother to them as it was to us. But as of now, we have plenty of trees, and all is well and good. So come and see us!

There are no trees left on the lot, but our greenery trees are alive and welcoming in a new Christmas morning. Thank you to all of you who make Kimi Farms successful each and every season. We hope that what you find under your tree is a renewed sense of hope and joy. And maybe a few gifts of lesser consequence.
