There must be a trend of some sort because the last 3 sand and finishes I have looked at are all asking for this same look. This is on Red Oak. We did a tiny Hand rail system with spindles, sand and finished handrail and post, 50% Jacobean 50& classic grey. We put LVT on the stairs as well. This job came out looking spectacular.
