Georgia Motorcoach Operators Associations (GMOA) would like to invite to participant in the rally event Motorcoaches Awareness Campaign that will be held simultaneously with the rally in Washington, DC. to showcase the ways bus industry moves Georgia and the rest of America. Event Specifics: When: May 13, 2020 - motorcoaches will stage at 9:30 am near the Old Turner Field (Braves Stadium) in Atlanta, GA and will begin rolling at 10:30 am. (exact stage location will follo...w) Where: Event will take place at the Georgia State Capitol and will motorcade around the state capitol and park for a brief press conference in Liberty Plaza which is located behind the capitol (route information will follow). Purpose: This is a positive event showcasing how the motorcoach industry is the vital part of the transportation industry across America. We will have information at the rally about our industry and the groups we carry, the economic impact caused by COVID-19 and the people we employ. Who: Georgia motorcoach operators from across the state are encouraged to participate. We also inviting non-GMOA members to join our organization at discounted rate for a limited time only. From 5/7/20 to 5/13/20, new members are offered a 50% discount of the regular membership fee of $125. GMOA membership applications can be found on the website and will be available at the rally. We are asking that each company commit at least one (1) motorcoach for this event.
