HR Leaders have an opportunity to invest in Diversity & Inclusion or DEI&B strategies . But, this time they want to see change and lasting results. They know just ... ...adding new holidays, implement more unconscious bias training ...conducting listening sessions and add ERGs or ...bringing on Diversity Officers... Isn't enough! It's not any different than from what's been done in the past. This is the biggest question from CHROs and Sr. HR Leaders. They want to know what's going to change this time to get results? The reality is for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) efforts to work, the foundational HR Center of Excellence CoE (talent acquisition, L&D, talent management, total rewards) have to be in place. The challenge is HR functions are underfunded and overwhelmed and implementing DEI&B can be like climbing a mountain. DEI&B can’t be a separate program After listening to so many HR leaders struggling with the same challenges we decided to put a simple TOOL together that finally aligns Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging efforts with the talent life-cycle.
