They know just ... ...adding new holidays, implement more unconscious bias training ...conducting listening sessions and add ERGs or ...bringing on Diversity Officers... Isn't enough! It's not any different than from what's been done in the past. This is the biggest question from CHROs and Sr. HR Leaders. They want to know what's going to change this time to get results? The reality is for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) efforts to work, the foundational HR Center of Excellence CoE (talent acquisition, L&D, talent management, total rewards) have to be in place.
