Good morning due to last nights storm we currently have no power, no internet, and no phone lines at our warehouse. If you are expecting deliveries today please be patient, we do have our trucks out there navigating fallen trees and stricken power lines, our delivery teams will call you before making deliveries. Covid 19 update 7/10/20 We are happy to report that despite still waiting on results from a couple of staff no one else tested positive, save our one case from June 24th. If we have not contacted you to follow up on teams that might have served you prior to that date it is because of the backlog of testing in the state of GA as some testing sites are 10 days behind reporting results and we can't categorically advise that all teams were negative for Covid19. However, given the... time since testing and a lack of reported symptoms we continue to monitor those staff waiting on results and when those negative results are confirmed we ensure they have had no symptoms for 72 hours prior to their return to work. We have managed to keep current delivery reservations served during this period with the assistance of our friends and preferred vendor partners Westbrook Atlanta and Knapp Moving. A HUGE thank you to them (Chris and Dan in particular) for assisting us to keep our client's requests met as on schedule as possible. Monday 7/13/20 we hope to have the remaining staff waiting on results back on our roster. We thank you for understanding and ensuring the safety of our employees and your clients by continuing to advise us of potential cases in places we go so we can manage control of future exposures and closings. Covid 19 update: As of July 1st we are resuming deliveries and all warehouse services but request 24-48 hours notice for pickups. Due to the high rates of testing in GA over the last 10 days, employee results are coming in slowly for but so far we have no additional positive test results.... This week our focus is on safely returning to work and ensuring current bookings are served. Please email us first if you have any questions or concerns and we will answer them in the order received. Today June 29th, 2020, we continue to work remotely so please know your emails or calls are important to us and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are a client or known visitor to our facility that may have had contact with us during the period we believe that the employee was asymptomatic we have already contacted you directly and will update you on the status of negative or positive results of the team that you had contact with. Note per the American Disabilities A...ct we are unable to disclose the name of any positive persons but will indicate to you if you may have been exposed. For now the warehouse is closed for releases and is limited today for receiving, closing at noon. At this time we anticipate being open tomorrow, June 30th for receiving and limited warehouse services/releases. Today Mac will be contacting you from his cell phone (917 344 9399) if you have deliveries scheduled for tomorrow 6/30/2020, but at this stage while we await results for all employees we are unsure as to when full delivery services will resume. We do have limited availability through several partner companies and Mac is making those arrangements, so again email ([email protected]) call or text him to discuss options. We have required all staff to test and not return to work until they have a negative result and at least 72 hours clear of any potential Coronavirus symptoms. We are doing our best to keep our staff and clients safe first and services will not be risked until we are 100% sure of an employees health. As many of you know we were early adaptors of wearing face masks and requiring sign off of employees on best practices for return for covid when state restrictions were lifted. We also have invested in new facility sanitation services, coronavirus busting technology, as well as sourcing PPE in sufficient quantities to ensure you and our employees stay as safe as possible. On Tuesday June 23rd one of our warehouse/office team was sent home due to a high temperature. On Wednesday June 24th we received information that the crew member had tested positive for Coronavirus. We have now temporarily suspended all operations and all members of staff are currently undergoing testing. We will let you know as soon as we are able to restart in any capacity. As shelter in place restrictions are lifted, we are slowly getting back to work. We will be undertaking deliveries albeit on a still reduced schedule. We are very mindful that risk of infection is still present and will be following CDC PPE guidelines. You can expect our delivery crews to be wearing face masks and washing hands. Our trucks will carry additional PPE equipment, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and wipes. In addition, we do ask that if you are onsite while we are making a delivery that you also follow PPE guidelines from the CDC, face mask, distancing.

Good morning, Covid 19 update for Knox-Addley. As you know we have suspended all deliveries until the Shelter in Place order for Atlanta has been lifted. Our warehouse is currently open for receiving and pick ups. We are running with a smaller onsite staff so please call or email (preferred as several of us are working remotely) ahead for any deliveries or pick ups. Please note we are keeping the warehouse open, but it is a day by day basis. If you anything in transit already please email tracking information or eta so we can be aware of these.

In accordance with Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms Stay-at-home order announcement this evening. Knox Addley Art and Design Services will be closing from 12 noon tomorrow for 14 days. Please know that myself, Everette, Mac, Yaar, Matt and James will be available to answer any questions via email. Hopefully we can all meet again in person once we get through this. Knox-Addley Covid -19 Update Due to ongoing concerns with the current COVID-19 outbreak Knox-Addley will NOT be taking any new appointments for deliveries until the week beginning April 12th 2020. We will be honoring pre -scheduled appointments prior to April 12th as much as possible given the current health climate. If you have an existing appointment that you wish to re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Our warehouse will be open for receiving and pick up of... furniture, but this will be on a day to day basis with limited staff. Any prior notification of upcoming shipments to our warehouse would be greatly appreciated and will enable us to ensure that product can be received. We do strongly request that you email us rather than call as first point of contact as the phones are busy and we will continue to answer email from outside the office where necessary.
