Team Knuckle’s has done it again. She challenges me, I play in the lab, and out comes another monster. I present to you, the Croque Madame. Knife and fork is required and worth it.

Thank you for an amazing two years so far. Our menu has grown. Our draft list has continued to change. And we have made it through the Rona. Very appreciative of all your support and plan to continue creating memorable sandwiches, beers, and now soups for more years to come. With having to help out at our other restaurant we had to take a short break from Knuckle’s. Will be back to our normal hours tomorrow. Thank you everything again. We really appreciate it.
