Allstate Insurance is a Fortune 50 company. Rykman Insurance and Financial is a 4 location, top 10 Georgia agency exclusively selling for Allstate. Our Kennesaw office is looking to add a part time, business development representative to help in the acquisition of new auto and home insurance clients. The sole responsibility of this staff member will be to call through our vast database of previous insurance shoppers to dig up current ones looking for new auto or home insuranc...e. Your daily responsibilities will include making at least 50 outbound dials, sending dozens of follow up emails, and ultimately using sales talk paths to gain interested prospects. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience. Retail experience is a plus. An alpha/strong voice and personality a huge plus. Reliability is a top priority, so transportation to the workplace or attendance is a must. Pay is $10 per hour PLUS commission.
