I talk about this daily! At most, you should shampoo your hair every other day, the longer you can go the better. Dry shampoo has come sooooo far in the last few years and does wonders (even for super fine hair!). I know I’m probably on the extreme end but I only shampoo my hair once or twice a week depending on how hot it’s been. And when I do, I shampoo twice which helps with volume and ensures it’s super clean.... Training your hair to go longer between shampoos is definitely a pain but well worth it. I just love this girl! After a fun filled Summer at the lake, her gorgeous natural chestnut hair lightened up more than she wanted. Quick fix lowlights to the rescue!... Guys! This has to be one of my top 3 favorite installs to date! @adrienne_cherise had never done extensions before and decided to try them out. Look at that seamless blend! We used @halocoutureextensions Machine Tied wefts to add volume and LOTS of length.... The great thing about this method is how natural the end result is! Unlike bonded or tape in extensions there’s no gross glue to deal with and is MUCH better on the hair. Maintenance is a breeze as well! We don’t even have to remove the extensions to move them up! Literally a 30 minute appointment!! When I say this new method is life changing, I mean it! If you’ve always wanted to try extensions but thought they were out of reach, message me! Story Time! It’s been a while since I’ve posted hair pics on my salon page. After COVID essentially brought our industry to a screeching halt, I found it hard to be inspired. I also felt the last thing the world needed (or wanted) to see was hair pictures. As vital as my industry is to uplifting people on a daily basis, sadly I just wasn’t feeling it. And that truly hurts to say. But I’M BACK BABY!... It’s taken me a while to get in the inspo groove again since I reopened my Suite, but let me tell you...When it’s hits... This lovely lady has had quite the journey. She, like many during lock down, got a wild hair a decided to play home salon. Let’s say the end result wasn’t great Swipe for pics She came to me for the first time shortly after I reopened. As hard as we tried to pull the Splat (horrible stuff, don’t recommend) out of her hair, it did NOT want to budge. So we made the tough decision to cover it and give her hair time to heal. Since then @melabela2 has taken the plunge (multiple times ) and cut off most of the Splat damage, and we’re loving the new length! Her ultimate goal is to be a gorgeous natural looking blonde, which will definitely take a few sessions but I think we are on our way! I couldn’t be happier with how far this transformation has come. Isn’t she gorgeous you guys?!
