After our courier cancelled on us at 3:45 pm today for a delivery that was scheduled to occur before 5:00 pm (stating their driver had an emergency) - our Legal Assistant Alexis Roggerson jumped in her car and drove downtown. She made it at 4:54 pm but was not let in the building. What did Alexis do? She planted herself outside of City Hall. She had the building security guard contact a member of the Atlanta City Council who was working from home, who drove up to City Hall to accept delivery of our client's Ante Litem Notice.
