Large Item pickup will be on Thursday the 27th. Please do not place items out until the evening of the 26th. Large Item Pickup is $10 and will be billed to your account.

Road closures tomorrow! Habitat for Humanity is conducting a 5k tomorrow that will cause road closures on Hastings Bridge Road, East Lovejoy Road, McDonough Road, Wallis Drive and Talmadge Road. Closures will begin at 7:30am and roads will reopen at 10:30am. If you have to be somewhere before 11am, you should be out of the park by 7:30am. Have a great weekend!

Spring Cleaning Dumpsters are here. Location - La Costa West 923 Cambrige Pkwy La Costa East by the mailboxes They will be available until Monday, May 14th, 2018....

Spring has arrived. All homeowners must clean up the appearance of their homes. - Homes should be pressure washed - Scrubs should be pruned - All sheds should be painted and repaired - Rusted metal roofs should be seal coated... - Trash should be removed from yards (incl. renters) - Decks should be cleared of debris (incl. renters) Spring cleaning dumpsters will be placed at the property on May 10nd May 14th. Work must be done by May 21st, 2018 or resident will be charged for the work to be done.
