OPEN HOUSE - CHAPEL RENOVATED INTERIOR REVEAL Over 60 people stopped in on Sunday, October 25th to walk through the updated interior of the chapel. Phase One Interior completed and onward to planning Phase Two, Exterior Refresh. Fundraising for Phase Two started with the sale of Note Cards with cover photos by BL residents; Three kinds of Cheesecakes for sale; and Engraved Bricks for the Celebration Garden. We would like to thank our sponsors: Note Cards-Windsor Realty, Ginny Nevins for printing and production costs, and Atlanta Cheesecake Company for their donation of as many cheesecakes as we can sell! The three delicious cheesecakes are: Mixed Berry Swirl, Salted Caramel, and New York Style Cheesecakes. Order by email: [email protected] for pick-up November 8.

OUTDOOR CHAPEL SERVICE, Sunday, Sept 13, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. PASTOR CHIP SWENEY will be our guest speaker, he is the Executive Director of Extension Ministries at Perimeter Church. The title of his sermon is Where Do We Look In The Midst of Chaos? Primary text Hebrews 12:1-3. The music team of Bill Downey, Gabe Johnson, and Wynne Buran will lead us in song. Coffee ready at 8:15 and food will be served outside by Debbie, James, and Jacob Peters. We ask that you use personal re...sponsibility to maintain social distancing and mask wearing. Arrive by boat, bring a chair, plan to stand, or use picnic tables for seating. The bathrooms will be open but please follow posted clean up rules after use. SUNDAY OUTDOOR SERVICE JULY 12th. Pastor Tommy Green preached to 70 land and boat guests at the July outdoor chapel service. Another beautiful morning to enjoy the service, we are so-o-o blessed! Besides Tommy's sermon, Ginny Nevins presented scholarships to two of the four students attending, and Bill Downey and Gabe Johnson performed music for all. Thanks to Rich Tatgenhorst for being our sound technical guy and cooks, Dana & John Homonek and Mikal & Tom Kitchens. We plan another outdoor service on August 9th, at 8:30.
