I will be closing my store the end of Feb. I am to the point that I can’t invest any more money and I’m really discouraged. We have made money at times and then we have lost money during the long summer months.I hate to leave Harlem without a florist but I have to do what’s right for me. I have prayed and prayed about this for God to lead me in the right direction .But it’s time for me to do something else. I have been in the florist business for 30 yrs. (since I was 17). ... We own the building so it will become available for rent in April. Our plan is to turn it into two rental spaces. Who knows ,I might just be back doing something else. I just need a break and it doesn’t help that we are living in Lincolnton and I have a 45 minute drive to work everyday. Thankfully I have the support from my husband to be whatever I decide to be. I just wish I knew what! Thank you for all the loyal customers that have been with us since the beginning. We couldn’t have made it without all of you. Thank you so much for your business! The business (not the building) is up for sale if anyone is interested pm me. I would like someone to take it over and keep it open.
