In partnership with Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and Lowndes County, GA we hosted the first Mental Health First Aid training class last week at the Lowndes County EOC. The Mental Health First Aid training course provided community members with resources and key skills to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis. We will host several more throughout the year but space is limited and they are filling up fast. To sign up for the July 14, 2021 class email [email protected].
