Bon Jour! due to the large amount of inquiries and views on our page, we just wanted to reach out and send an update. Unfortunately, some financing we were counting on has not come through as expected, so we have not been able to open yet. We are exploring some final options now. We will make a decision by months end on wether we will be able to continue or not. No matter how it turns out, We appreciate the support and interest the community has shown to us! We have learned a... lot along the way, and have developed friendships that we are truly grateful for. We will update in one week to let everyone know for sure what our decision is. Thank you North Georgia and Western North Carolina for all of your support and inquiries! It's taking a little longer than expected to get open, but we want everything to be perfect for you! We are so excited that Russ and. Deb Collins will be opening a gallery right next door!! Here's a few things we are working on to keep your mouth watering! (1) Chef Sid's exciting version of Surf and Turf with Petit Filet, Savory Gulf Shrimp and Wild Mushroom Risotto. (2) Super Deep Dish Quiche a la Campangna with Spinach, Pancetta, Sundried Tomatoes and Havarti Cheese. Thanks for hanging in there with us and for all the encouraging words! We'll keep you posted and let you know the minute we can announce a firm opening date!!
