New Year, New to ISR? Welcome! ISR's primary focus is to teach your child to become a productive swimmer, or floater, in any depth of water. ISR will greatly i...ncrease your child's chance of surviving an aquatic accident, even fully clothed! Our core conviction is that the child is the most important part of a drowning prevention strategy and our results are proof that children can save themselves. While things may look a bit different now vs when this video was shot (grrr covid!) the outcome of our program- highly skilled little students- remains the same To learn more about ISR lessons, visit www.infantswim.com where you can also enter your zip code to find an instructor near you

2020 we made it! A special thank you to all of you parents, grandparents, family, friends, babysitters who sacrificed for your little ones to be safer in and around the water! Your little ones are so special to me and I look forward to seeing them and all my new littles in 2021! Leslie McCullough

Scrambling for a last minute ?! Give the gift of survival to a special kiddo in your life ISR lessons are for the littlest of beginners (we start at 6 mont...hs of age ) as well as toddlers, preschoolers, and young children. Even for those kiddos with basic aquatic skills...if they lack the confidence to be fully independent in water, ISR lessons can get them there! Head to www.infantswim.com to find an instructor near you!

Can your child FLOAT? I don’t mean swim, I mean FLOAT? Can they go from swimming to floating in an emergency? Most people think their children are safe and co...uld survive if they fell in the water. Here are my questions: 1: is your child able to float fully clothed? 2. If they fell into a body of water other than your own pool would they know what to do? 3. Are you one of those that it won’t happen to me? - ask a parent who HAS lost a child to this epidemic!! See more

WATER SAFETY IS A YEAR-ROUND RESPONSIBILITY Just because summer has come to an end does not mean that #DrowningPrevention should be forgotten. ... Always actively supervise children in and around water. Don’t leave, even for a moment. , . Avoid talking or texting on the phone, preparing a meal, reading, and other distractions. Always have back-up Layers of Protection in place when supervision fails. A pool safety fence, isolating the pool from the home and all access points. High locks and alarms on all doors and windows with pool access. Alarms both in the pool and worn on the child. Water survival training as soon as the child is crawling. CPR and rescue training See more
